60m² apartment
A real daily living space, equipped with multiple home automation sensors and actuators, and behavioural trace measurements, plus a central control room made up of hardware and software for piloting, measuring and controlling all the Living Lab's surfaces, both live and offline. The apartment comprises : an entrance hall with armchairs and furniture; a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen; a bedroom with a double bed ; a large living room with a sofa ; a shower room with lavatory, shower and washbasin.
"Grand Plateau"
Large 63m²platform, modular and equipped with progressive measuring instruments.
Anechoic living room
This 17m² room has acoustic characteristics that strongly neutralise noise from outside the room. On the other hand, it is deliberately not anechoic in order to guarantee subjects an ecological immersion, both auditorily and aesthetically.
It is furnished as a living room (with a window to the outside), and can be adapted to suit the needs of the experiment. Microphones (and cameras) are fixed to the ceiling and a range of microphones with different characteristics (portable or mobile) can be distributed around the room, with the different feeds collected in the technical control room.
Technical control room (Regie)
This room is the heart of the Living Lab. On the control room workstations, the apartment, the platform and the anechoic room can be controlled, and each flow of all the various measurements from the different locations is collected, processed and stored (according to 1. confidentiality criteria and 2. the external inaccessibility of the stored data).
