Please read before booking

You are required to:

› Eat and drink only in designated areas (common rooms, patio, terrace)
› Respect the capacity limits of each space
› Keep these areas clean and tidy
› Return all furniture to its original arrangement after each use (reference photos are available on the doors)

The MaCI does not provide:

› Wi-Fi account creation for visitors external to UGA: more information
› IT equipment loans (Mac/Windows), including adapters, USB drives, etc.
› Supervision of personal belongings or compensation for any damage or loss

› What to send to the Communications Team:

o For publication on the MaCI website:

§ Text: 2–4 paragraphs

§ Image: 1460 × 973 pixels, JPEG format, no text overlay

§ Optional: links and supporting documents

o For display on the entrance hall screen:

§ A high-quality landscape image (1600 × 900)

§ Include: title, date, time, location, logo

› Please include the MaCI logo on all your communication materials: Download the logo

Access

Our facilities are accessible by badge only. One badge is issued per event. All our spaces are accessible to people with disabilities.

The MaCI opening hours:
- 7:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.: open access
- 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.: badge access only
- after 8:30 p.m. and weekends: special permission required
